Registration Dates for the Fall 2010 Season ( Pre-registration details listed below )
The registration fee for the Fall 2010 season is $125 . Players registering at one of the registrations listed above will receive the discounted early registration fee of $85 per player. The regular registration fee of $125 will apply to any player registering after June 5, 2010. All players registering during the player registration dates listed above will be placed on a team. Players registering after June 5, 2010 will only be placed on teams on a space available basis. Register early for the discounted registration and to guarantee your child's placement on a team! Players will be placed on teams in divisions based on their age and birthdates.
Proof of Age New players or those who did not play during the Fall 2009 season in Walnut AYSO Region 624, must bring a birth certificate or passport with them in order to register. Returning players who played in Walnut AYSO Region 624 during the Fall 2009 season do not need to bring a birth certificate. Children who are younger than 4 years of age or older than 18 years of age on July 31, 2010 may not participate in our program, NO EXCEPTIONS. On-Line Pre-Registration You can pre-register your players using the AYSO National eAYSO website. See our eAYSO instructions page to complete pre-registration and save time at the registration tent. Refund Policy All refund requests must be made in writing. The request must include the player's name, date of birth, and the reason they are withdrawing. You must include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Mail your refund request to: Walnut AYSO Region 624 Refund requests postmarked on or before July 1, 2010 will receive a refund of their registration fee less a $20 processing fee. Refund requests postmarked after July 15, 2010, will receive a refund of 50% of their registration fee less a $20 processing fee. There will be no refunds made after August 15, 2010 All refund requests must be made in writing following the instructions above. Refund requests made by phone, email, or in person will NOT be honored. Returned Checks There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks. All fees must be paid for by a cashier’s check or money order within 15 days of receipt of notification from the registrar or treasurer. Failure to successfully pay for all fees will result in your child not being allowed to play. |
